A pale straw-yellow sparkling wine with subtle greenish reflections and a fine, long-lasting mousse. On the nose it presents citrus peel – grapefruit and lime – along with white blossoms, honeycomb and a gentle note of bread crust. On the palate it appears full-bodied, harmonious and persistent. The fine bubbles frame almond and white-peach flavours along with a mineral freshness; the finish is long and precise.
