Shipping


Shipping Partners & Tracking 

We ship our packages with the following carriers: 

· Italy: FedEx 
· Germany: DPD
· Austria: DPD
· Other countries: FedEx 

Once we have shipped your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link, allowing you to track your shipment online. If the courier is unable to deliver the package because you are not at home, you will receive a notification slip. You then have 7 days to pick up your package at the designated collection point. If the customer grants permission for the package to be left unattended, Antonio’s GmbH assumes no liability for theft, loss, or damage to the package after delivery. 


2) Shipping Fees & Additional Charges 

We strive to keep logistics and shipping costs as low as possible for our customers. That is why, for smaller orders, we only pass on a portion of the incurred costs to our customers.

4. Express Shipping

Express shipping is currently unavailable.


5. International Shipping

We ship to the following European countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Spain, France, Poland, Sweden, Hungary, Luthuania, Estonia, Norway, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia and the Czech Republic.
Please note that spirits cannot be shipped internationally for fiscal reasons.



6. Shipping to a Different Delivery Address

Shipping to a delivery address that differs from the billing address is possible without any issues. Simply enter the desired delivery address (you can update an existing address or add a new one in the "Addresses" menu in your account). If possible, please ensure that the recipient is available to accept the delivery.


7. Packaging Material

The safety of the products is ensured by exclusively using certified packaging materials.


8. Product Availability

Each product page displays whether the desired item is currently available and the estimated timeframe for shipping. The shipping timeline depends on whether the product is in stock or sourced from our partners. Availability information refers to individual items.


9. Missing Items & Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with your delivery, for example, because items are damaged or incorrect, we recommend contacting our customer service team at +39 0471 058265 or by email at support@antonios-wine.com. Together, we will determine whether to refund the value of the items or arrange for a replacement delivery.

Korked Wines:
If a wine is corked, please photograph the lot number on the bottle and send it along with a detailed description of the item to support@antonios-wine.com. After reviewing the information, we will refund the bottle's cost via the payment method used for the order.




10. Returns & Refunds

If available, please include the invoice or delivery note with your return. However, this is not a mandatory requirement for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

For returned goods, you will receive a refund of the amount. The processing of the credit refund may take approximately 14 days. Refunds can only be issued to the account from which the payment was originally made. If you paid by credit card, the credit will appear on your next monthly statement.

The regular costs of return shipping must be borne by you if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods. For further information, please contact our customer service team by phone at +39 0471 058265 or via email at support@antonios-wine.com. We will then provide you with a free return label.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance selling contracts:

  • for the delivery of goods manufactured according to customer specifications,
  • that are clearly tailored to personal needs, or
  • that are not suitable for return due to their nature.



Payments


Payment Methods

We offer the following payment methods:


1. Prepayment (Bank Transfer)
All necessary details will be sent to you via email after the order is completed.

2. Credit Card
For credit card payments, we collaborate with the payment service provider Nexi, Corso Sempione 55, 20149, Milan, Italy.

We accept Eurocard/Mastercard/Visa/Maestro/American Express/JCB/Union Pay.

We require the following details: card number, expiration date, card issuer, and the security code of your credit card.

The security code is a three-digit number located on the back of your credit card. It ensures secure payment over the Internet. Depending on your credit card settings, you may also be asked for the 3D Secure code, which provides additional protection for online purchases. This code is usually sent to you via SMS by your credit card provider.

If an item cannot be delivered, we will refund the overpaid amount to your credit card within 14 days. Please note that the credit booking is always processed by the credit card provider at the end of the month.


2. Klarna

For payments via Klarna, we collaborate with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden.

Your bank account will usually be debited with the payment amount on the next business day. Your order will then proceed as usual. If an item is unavailable, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 days.



3. PayPal

When paying with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. Log in with your credentials and confirm the payment. Your PayPal account will be charged immediately. If an item is unavailable, we will refund the amount to your PayPal account within 14 days.


4. Google Pay

With Google Pay, you can pay for your orders quickly and securely. Simply select Google Pay as your payment method and confirm the payment directly through your Google Pay account. If an item is unavailable, the refund will be processed within 14 days to your Google Pay account.


5. Apple Pay

Apple Pay offers you a simple and secure payment method directly via your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch. Select Apple Pay as your payment option and confirm the purchase using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode. If an item is unavailable, we will refund the amount within 14 days.
