Die Hofbrennerei S. Stocker in Algund, Südtirol, ist seit fast 30 Jahren für ihre herausragenden, preisgekrönten Destillate bekannt. Unter der Leitung von Christian Stocker und Robert Baumgartner werden in der Kleinverschlussbrennerei eine Vielzahl von Bränden und Grappas hergestellt.

Das Sortiment umfasst zahlreiche Apfel- und Birnenbrände, darunter Sorten wie Gravensteiner Apfelbrand und Williamsbrand, sowie diverse Grappas, beispielsweise aus Blauburgunder und Lagrein.
