Bourbon Whiskey is a symbol of American tradition, crafted with strict production standards. Primarily produced in Kentucky, Bourbon must contain at least 51% corn, combined with rye and barley in the essential mash bill. This high corn content provides a distinctive sweetness and full body. After fermentation, the mash is distilled in copper stills, ensuring the alcohol does not exceed 80% ABV. The resulting distillate is aged exclusively in new, charred oak barrels, which impart intense notes of vanilla, caramel, and wood.
