Der Spätburgunder VDP Achkarren 2021 von Franz Keller präsentiert sich mit einem leuchtenden, hellen Kirschrot und hellen Reflexen. In der Nase entfalten sich brillante und reintönige Aromen von Sauerkirsche, Himbeere und Heidelbeere, ergänzt durch Noten von getrockneten Feigen, Cranberry, feiner Kräuterwürze, Kardamom und schwarzem Pfeffer. Am Gaumen zeigt er eine kühle Finesse mit pikanter Säurestruktur, seidigem Mundgefühl und eleganten Fruchtnoten von Sauerkirsche und Himbeere. Subtile Trockenfrüchte und energetische Kräuterfrische verleihen dem Wein eine animierende und energiegeladene Charakteristik mit feiner Schärfe und langem Nachhall.

Dieser Wein wird aus der Rebsorte Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) hergestellt, die für ihre Eleganz und Finesse bekannt ist. Typisch für Spätburgunder sind Aromen von roten Beeren, eine feine Säure und weiche Tannine. Der Achkarren Spätburgunder 2021 stammt aus den Achkarrer Top-Lagen Schlossberg und Castellberg, die durch vulkanische Böden geprägt sind und dem Wein eine besondere Mineralität verleihen.
