Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Amore e Magia 2019 from Podere le Ripi is a majestic red wine that contains the quintessence of Montalcino's terroir. Made from 100% Sangiovese grapes, this wine shows a clear, dark ruby red in the glass, interspersed with garnet red nuances. On the nose, a complex bouquet unfolds with aromas of red oranges, fresh violets, ripe strawberries, Mediterranean herbs and a touch of forest. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and structured, with polished red berries, sweet spices and mineral tones, which build up increasing tension until the elegant, long finish.
The special feature of this wine lies in its biodynamic production and the long aging period of 36 months in large French oak barrels. This method accentuates the purity and natural aromas of the Sangiovese grape, which is known for its ability to produce wines of great complexity and longevity.
