Brut Riserva 36 - 2019 from the Merano Winery is an outstanding sparkling wine that represents the artistic fusion of traditional and modern wine-growing methods in South Tyrol. This fine sparkling wine is the result of a careful selection and blend of 70% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Blanc, giving it exceptional

depth and complexity.

The cuvée is presented in an attractive greenish yellow colour with a golden shimmer that immediately catches the eye. On the nose, a complex aroma of fresh bread crust develops, underlined with a slight yeast note, which merges seamlessly with nuances of pineapple, green apples and vanilla. On the palate, the wine is fruity and finely aged, supported by crunchy acidity and fine-grained perlage, which gives it a refreshing liveliness.
