The Chardonnay Riserva DOC Burgum Novum from 2021 by Castelfeder presents an intense scent of ripe pears, exotic fruits and a touch of toast and vanilla. The color shimmers in brilliant gold with greenish reflections. On the palate, it has an impressive complexity with a full body and a harmonious balance between freshness and

creamy texture.

This white wine is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, a grape variety known for its versatility and adaptability. It grows particularly well in the cool wine-growing regions of South Tyrol, where the Mediterranean climate and the hilly landscape offer ideal conditions. The grapes are carefully picked by hand and gently vinified to preserve their natural aromas and unique terroir characteristics.

The special feature of this wine lies in its elegant structure and complex aromas, which are further refined by aging in French oak barriques. The Castelfeder winery, whose origins date back to the 13th century, combines tradition and innovation to produce the highest quality wines
