The 2023 Dolcetto d'Alba by Moccagatta is a true expression of this traditional Piedmontese grape variety. “Dolcetto” means “little sweet one,” though the wine itself is dry and fruit-driven. This vintage offers juicy notes of dark cherry, violet, and a touch of almond. On the palate, it’s soft and vibrant with fresh acidity and fine tannins.
