The Gewürztraminer Aristos 2022 from the Eisacktal winery, located in the picturesque Eisack Valley of South Tyrol, is characterized by a particularly fine aroma and the use of 100% Gewürztraminer grapes, which are cultivated at altitudes of between 550 and 650 meters on mineral-rich, gravelly soils. This wine has a powerful, fruity and at the same time aromatically intense flavor structure, which makes it an excellent representative of its variety.
The Eisacktal winery itself is known for its high quality in the production of white wines and was only founded in 1961, quickly making a name for itself for excellent white wines.
Winegrowing in this region benefits from an alpine climate that combines cool nights with warm days, which contributes to the concentration of aromas in the grapes.
This Gewürztraminer is not only an expression of the region and its history, but also a product of the winery's philosophy, which focuses on strict selection and yield restrictions to ensure the highest grape quality.
