Kerner DOC Sabiona from the Eisacktal winery is a true masterpiece of winemaking. Its color is bright straw yellow with greenish reflections, which already indicates its freshness and liveliness. The wine's bouquet is characterized by a variety of aromas, including notes of juicy green apples, citrus fruits and a touch of exotic spices. On the palate, there is a lively interplay between fresh acidity and harmonious fruitiness, accompanied by a spicy and racy character. The Kerner grape variety, a cross between Trollinger and Riesling, is the main component of this wine. It brings its unique properties to wine and gives it its characteristic aromas and nuances of taste.
The special feature of this wine lies in its terroir.
