The Sylvaner DOC Aristos from 2023 from the Eisacktal winery has a lively scent of blooming flower meadows and fresh citrus fruits, accompanied by a touch of green apples. Its color shimmers in bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the palate, this wine shows an excellent balance between lively acidity and fruity richness, accompanied by a subtle mineral note that underlines its elegant structure.
The sylvan grape on which this wine is based has been native to the Eisack Valley for over a century. The terroir of this region, characterized by light gravel soils and sunny, airy locations, is ideal for growing this grape variety.
