Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature DOC from Montris is a unique sparkling wine that impresses with its elegance and freshness. Its light yellow color with greenish reflections already promises a certain lightness and finesse. On the nose, it develops a fine bouquet of citrus fruits, green apples and floral notes, accompanied by subtle minerality. On the palate, the sparkling wine is dry and sparkling with lively acidity and a pleasant perlage.
The Chardonnay grape variety gives it a remarkable structure and complexity, while the aging in steel tanks and the long aging on the lees preserve its freshness and purity. Montris is an up-and-coming winery founded by friends Andreas, Arthur and Martin. With their passion for sparkling wine and their shared vision, they have succeeded in producing high-quality products that reflect their personalities and commitment.
The winery is located in a region with a temperate climate and rich vegetation, which offers ideal conditions for growing high-quality grapes. The Montris vineyards benefit from fresh mountain air and mineral soils, which give the wines their characteristic freshness and finesse.
