Chardonnay DOC Schwarzhaus 2023 from the Stroblhof winery represents the fine art of viticulture in South Tyrol and the centuries-old tradition of the winery. Characterized by the mineral-rich soils and the unique microclimate at the foot of the Mendel Mountains, this Chardonnay reveals a bright, golden yellow color that visually underlines the rich intensity and character of the wine

On the nose, Chardonnay develops a complex range of aromas, ranging from ripe tropical fruits such as pineapple and mango to subtle nuances of vanilla and roasted nuts, results of careful aging in oak barrels. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and harmonious, with an elegant structure and balanced acidity, which gives it a

refreshing longevity.
