The Rèmole Rosso 2022 comes in a beautiful red-purple color. The bouquet reveals a fruity character with intense notes of red and black fruits such as blueberries, blackcurrants, raspberries, plums and cherries. Liquorice and cardamom give the wine a spicy and balsamic character. On the palate, it has a pleasant persistence with a solid but supple tannin structure. This versatile wine goes well with sausages that are not too spicy and tasty

first courses.
