The Terralba 2019 by Lispida consists of a mix of Friulano and Garganega. Friulano is known for its fresh, floral aromas and pleasant acidity, which are often complemented by nuances of green almonds and herbs. Garganega, the main grape variety of Soave wine, brings in aromas of citrus fruits, melons and a slight almond tone, complemented by a
fine mineral note.The Terralba 2019 shows a bright straw yellow color with golden reflections in the glass. The bouquet is rich and complex, with intense aromas of white flowers, citrus, peaches and a touch of herbs. On the palate, the wine is fresh and lively, with a pleasant acidity and a medium body. The fruity and floral notes are complemented by subtle minerality and a persistent,
elegant finish.A special feature of this wine is its aging in amphorae, which gives the wine additional complexity and depth. This method allows wine to breathe naturally and develop its aromas without being overlaid by woody notes.
The 2019 vintage was particularly favourable, with ideal weather conditions that resulted in perfect ripening of the grapes and giving the wine exceptional balance and finesse.
