The Sogno Mediterraneo IGT 2021 from Casadei impresses with its intense ruby red color. The scent shows aromas of dark berries and sweet spices that are reminiscent of Mediterranean herbs and dark chocolate. On the palate, there is a harmonious interplay of ripe berries, complemented by notes of black pepper and a subtle mineral freshness. The tannins are soft and well integrated, giving the wine an elegant structure and a persistent finish

This wine is made from a blend of 85% Syrah, 10% Grenache and 5% Mourvèdre, which give it its characteristic depth and complexity. Syrah brings strong fruit aromas and spice, grenache adds soft, fruity notes, while Mourvèdre gives the wine structure and depth.

Typical of this wine are its Mediterranean aromas, which reflect the warmth and diversity of the Tuscan landscape. The climate in Tuscany is Mediterranean with warm summers and mild winters, which creates ideal conditions for growing these grape varieties.
