Der Alteni di Brassica 2017 von Angelo Gaja ist ein reinsortiger Sauvignon Blanc aus dem Piemont. Im Glas zeigt er ein blasses Strohgelb. Das Bouquet offenbart intensive Aromen von Zitrusfrüchten, weißem Pfirsich und einem Hauch von zerstoßenen Austernschalen, die eine mineralische Frische vermitteln. Am Gaumen präsentiert er sich lebhaft mit Noten von tropischen Früchten wie Mango und Papaya, unterstützt von einer vibrierenden Säure, die dem Wein Tiefe und Komplexität verleiht.

Typisch für Sauvignon Blanc sind Aromen von Zitrusfrüchten, grünen Äpfeln und eine ausgeprägte Säure. Der Alteni di Brassica zeichnet sich durch seine besondere Mineralität und die Integration von tropischen Fruchtnoten aus, was ihm eine einzigartige Eleganz verleiht. Der Jahrgang 2017 war durch hohe Temperaturen geprägt, die zu einer frühen Lese führten. Die Trauben wurden bereits ab dem 17. August geerntet, um die Frische und Knackigkeit der Früchte zu bewahren.
