Weingut Kiemberger: Hauptstraße 21, 39018 Terlan (IT)
The Sauvignon IGT Mitterberg 2019 from Kiemberger Estate is a natural white wine with remarkable depth and personality. Grown on mineral-rich slopes in South Tyrol, it embodies the artisanal spirit and philosophy of this boutique winery.
Fermented spontaneously and aged on fine lees, the wine develops complexity and a refined texture. In the glass, it shines with a pale straw yellow. The nose reveals aromas of gooseberry, green pepper, citrus and a hint of wild herbs. On the palate, it is vibrant and fresh with a lively acidity and a long, mineral finish.
