Der Gosset Celebris Blanc de Blancs 2012 präsentiert sich mit einer goldenen Farbe und feinen, smaragdgrünen Reflexen. In der Nase entfalten sich frische Aromen von rosa Grapefruit und Frangipane, untermalt von einem Hauch Menthol. Am Gaumen zeigt er eine klare, frische Struktur mit Zitronennoten, gefolgt von Nuancen von gebackenen Äpfeln in gesalzener Butter, Tarte Tatin und Far Breton. Eine subtile Würze von kandiertem Ingwer und Sternanis ergänzt die Komplexität. Der lange, mineralische Abgang erinnert an frische Renettenäpfel mit einem Hauch Zitrus.

Dieser Champagner besteht zu 100 % aus Chardonnay-Trauben, die ihm Eleganz, Frische und eine ausgeprägte Mineralität verleihen. Besonders bemerkenswert ist, dass dies der erste Jahrgang eines Blanc de Blancs der Maison Gosset ist, limitiert auf 15.000 Flaschen. Die Chardonnays des exzellenten Jahrgangs 2012 eigneten sich besonders gut für das angestrebte Gleichgewicht dieser Cuvée.
