The climate in the Valpolicella region is temperate with warm summers and cool winters, which offers ideal conditions for viticulture. The aging process of this wine is particularly complex. After the first fermentation, the wine is fermented again on the skins of the Amarone, which leads to an increase in the alcohol content and an enrichment of the flavor profile. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for 18 months and in the bottle for a further 6 months
