The Amarone Classico DOCG Pergole Vece - vintage 2017 from Le Salette is an outstanding wine from the Valpolicella region. The color is deep dark with a bright garnet red. Its intense smell gives off complex aromas of dried red fruits such as cherries and plums, accompanied by nuances of spices, tobacco and a touch of chocolate. On the palate, it reveals an opulent texture with rich and concentrated fruit notes, supported by silky tannins and remarkable depth. Notes of dark chocolate and sweet spices complement the flavor profile and give it a subtle complexity.

This unique Amarone is made from a traditional blend of autochthonous grape varieties from the Valpolicella area, including Corvina, Rondinella, Croatina, Oseleta and Corvinone. With their characteristic characteristics, each of these grape varieties contributes to the complexity and structure of this wine, which, through careful vinification and long aging on wood, becomes an exceptional taste experience. This Amarone is a real treat for wine lovers of Valpolicella wines and is essential for every wine cellar!
