The Chassagne Montrachet Blanc 2021 by Lamy Pillot is an exceptional white wine that reflects the terroir of Burgundy in every way. This outstanding wine has a bright golden yellow color in the glass and seduces the senses with a delicate bouquet of aromas. The nose is pampered by notes of ripe citrus, ripe apples and exotic fruits, accompanied by subtle nuances of roasted nuts and fine pastries. On the palate, a complex texture develops with creamy fullness and a perfect balance between freshness and fullness.

The Chassagne Montrachet Blanc shows an elegant acid structure that makes the wine appear lively and fresh, while the long-lasting mineral notes give the wine remarkable depth and complexity. This wine is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, which are known for their ability to reflect terroir characteristics in a unique way. Lamy Pillot's vineyards are located in the renowned municipality of Chassagne-Montrachet in

Burgundy.

After careful handpicking, the grapes are gently pressed and the must is fermented and aged in French oak barrels to develop the wine's characteristic aromas and complex texture.
