Der Cabriz Edição Especial 2015 ist ein bemerkenswerter Rotwein aus der Dão-Region in Portugal. Er präsentiert sich mit einer intensiven granatroten Farbe. Das Bouquet ist geprägt von reifen roten Früchten, Marmeladennoten sowie dezenten würzigen und gerösteten Nuancen. Am Gaumen zeigt er sich fruchtig, weich und ausgewogen, mit einem samtigen Abgang.

Dieser Wein besteht aus 60 % Touriga Nacional, 20 % Alfrocheiro und 20 % Aragonez. Touriga Nacional bringt intensive Aromen von dunklen Früchten und florale Noten ein, während Alfrocheiro für seine weichen Tannine und fruchtigen Charakter bekannt ist. Aragonez, auch als Tempranillo bekannt, verleiht dem Wein Struktur und Komplexität.

Der Jahrgang 2015 zeichnete sich in der Dão-Region durch ideale Wetterbedingungen aus, die zu einer hervorragenden Reife der Trauben führten und somit Weine von hoher Qualität hervorbrachten.
