Spumante Brut Nature Santacolomba
The Spumante Brut Nature Santacolomba from Cantina Sociale di Trento is bright straw yellow, decorated with an intense and delicate perlage. The aromatic profile of this sparkling wine is characterized by fresh notes of lemon juice, young apples, pears and rich peach aromas, which develop a fragrant complexity. On the palate, it is youthful and fresh with a lively fruitiness and a distinct sweet nuance despite the low dosage, which makes it a particularly appealing Trento DOC.
Brut Nature Santacolomba is made from a careful selection of Johanniter, Solaris and Bronner grapes. These grape varieties are known for their robustness and ability to grow well in cooler climates and contribute to the wine's unique freshness and expressive fruit notes. The grapes are harvested in September to preserve their fresh acidity, and the first fermentation in steel tanks is followed by a second fermentation in the bottle. This second fermentation and at least 12 months of aging on the yeast give the spumante its
characteristic perlage and aroma.This Brut Nature receives no additional dosage, which further highlights the natural properties of the grapes used and emphasizes the purity and aromatic intensity of the wine.
