The Cuvée dei Frati Brut VSQ from Cà dei Frati impresses with its light straw yellow color with fine, persistent pearls. The scent unfolds elegant aromas of green apples, pears and a hint of citrus, accompanied by floral notes and a subtle hint of yeast. On the palate, it is dry, lively and harmonious, with a refreshing acidity and a fine minerality that results in a long,

pleasant finish.

This sparkling wine is mainly made from Turbiana and Chardonnay grapes. The Turbiana grape, also known as Trebbiano di Lugana, is native to the region around Lake Garda and gives the wine its characteristic freshness and structure. Chardonnay brings richness and complexity to the cuvée, resulting in a balanced

and versatile profile.

The special feature of the Cuvée dei Frati Brut lies in its production method. It is produced using the traditional method of bottle fermentation, which involves a second fermentation in the bottle and gives the wine its fine pearls and complex aromas. This method requires patience and precision as the wine ages on lees for at least 24 months.
