The Torilan DOC - 2022 from the Terlan winery is a fascinating wine that impresses with its elegance and complexity. Its color is a deep ruby red with purple reflections, which shimmers vividly in the glass and underlines the intensity of the wine. The scent reveals a variety of aromas, including ripe dark berries such as black cherries and blackberries, accompanied by notes of tobacco, black pepper and a hint of violet.
The vineyards of the Terlano winery are located on calcareous soils, which give the wines a mineral note and clearly highlight their terroir characteristics. The growing system is carefully selected to optimally protect the grapes from solar radiation and to ensure uniform ripening
.
Torilan DOC is traditionally aged in stainless steel tanks and wooden barrels in order to best preserve the natural aromas and structure of the wine. The Terlan winery uses careful winemaking and long aging to produce wines of the highest quality
and elegance.
