Der Vin de Constance 2019 von Klein Constantia präsentiert sich in einem leuchtenden, hellen Goldton. Das Bouquet ist delikat und vielschichtig, mit Aromen von weißem Pfirsich, Zitrusblüten und Orangenschale, ergänzt durch eine cremige Note von Muskatnuss und Zitronencreme. Am Gaumen entfalten sich komplexe Geschmacksnoten von Eichenwürze, Ingwer und lebhafter Frucht, harmonisch balanciert durch eine feine Säure, die dem Wein eine scheinbar trockenere Stilistik verleiht. Der Abgang ist langanhaltend und entwickelt eine feine Würze.

Dieser edelsüße Wein wird zu 100 % aus der Rebsorte Muscat de Frontignan (Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains) hergestellt, die für ihre intensiven Muskat- und Fruchtaromen bekannt ist. Typisch für den Vin de Constance sind seine opulente Süße, gepaart mit einer erfrischenden Säure und komplexen Aromen, die ihm ein bemerkenswertes Alterungspotenzial verleihen. Der Jahrgang 2019 profitierte von einer kühleren und feuchteren Vegetationsperiode, die zu kleineren, konzentrierteren Beeren führte, idealen pH-Werten, frischer Säure und komplexen Weinen.
