Der Pinot Noir AOC Uris 2018 von Andrea Davaz präsentiert sich in einem mittleren Granatrubin. In der Nase entfaltet er typische Noten von Kirsche und reifen Beeren wie Cassis, ergänzt durch Röstaromen wie Mokka und Nelken. Am Gaumen zeigt er sich sehr elegant mit einer schönen Balance aus Schmelz und Säure, spürbarem, aber reifem Tannin sowie fruchtigen und würzigen Nuancen im mittellangen Nachhall.

Dieser Wein besteht zu 100 % aus der Rebsorte Pinot Noir, die für ihre feinen Aromen von roten Früchten, eine elegante Struktur und weiche Tannine bekannt ist. Typisch für den Pinot Noir Uris ist seine vielschichtige Aromatik, mineralische Note sowie cremige und kraftvolle Textur. Besonderheiten dieses Weins sind die rigorose Ertragsbeschränkung, eine 14-tägige Maischgärung und der 12-monatige Ausbau in französischen Barriques, die ihm Würzigkeit und eine dezent rauchige Note verleihen.

Die Region Graubünden, insbesondere die Bündner Herrschaft, ist bekannt für ihre hervorragenden Pinot Noir-Weine. Das Weingut Davaz in Fläsch legt großen Wert auf Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit im Weinbau
