Der EINS-ZWEI-ZERO Chardonnay vom Weingut Leitz ist ein alkoholfreier Weißwein, der die typischen Eigenschaften der Chardonnay-Traube widerspiegelt. Im Glas zeigt er ein zartes Goldgelb. In der Nase entfalten sich frische Noten von Limette und Zitrusfrüchten, ergänzt durch subtile Anklänge von Stachelbeere und Karambole. Am Gaumen präsentiert er sich mit einer milden Säure, die weniger intensiv ist als beim ZERO Riesling, und einem trockenen, relativ langen Abgang.

Dieser Wein besteht zu 100 % aus Chardonnay-Trauben, die für ihre Vielseitigkeit und ihr ausgewogenes Säureprofil bekannt sind. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die schonende Entalkoholisierung mittels Vakuumverdampfung, die es ermöglicht, den Charakter der Rebsorte zu bewahren und gleichzeitig eine alkoholfreie Alternative zu bieten. Der Verschnitt besteht aus hochwertigen Weinen aus der Pfalz und zeigt sich mit einem trockenen Abgang und relativ langem Nachgeschmack.

Das Weingut Leitz aus dem Rheingau, unter der Leitung von Johannes Leitz, hat sich einen Namen für qualitativ hochwertige Weine gemacht und setzt mit der EINS-ZWEI-ZERO-Linie neue Maßstäbe im Bereich der alkoholfreien Weine.
