Der Envínate Albahra 2020 präsentiert sich in einem klaren Kirschrot mit granatrotem Schimmer. In der Nase entfalten sich Aromen von roten Früchten wie Kirsche und Himbeere, begleitet von floralen Noten und einer dezenten mineralischen Komponente. Am Gaumen zeigt der Wein eine frische Säure, geschmeidige Tannine und eine saftige Fruchtigkeit, die in einem ausgewogenen und angenehmen Abgang mündet.

Dieser Wein besteht hauptsächlich aus Alicante Bouschet (auch bekannt als Garnacha Tintorera), ergänzt durch Moravia Agria. Alicante Bouschet ist für seine tiefrote Farbe und intensiven Fruchtaromen bekannt, während Moravia Agria Frische und Säure beiträgt.

Die Trauben stammen aus der Region Castilla-La Mancha, insbesondere aus den Zonen Almansa und Manchuela, auf etwa 800 Metern Höhe. Die Höhenlage und das kontinentale Klima mit mediterranem Einfluss verleihen dem Wein seine Frische und Mineralität.

Envínate ist ein Projekt von vier Freunden, die sich während ihres Önologiestudiums kennenlernten. Sie sind bekannt für ihre minimalistische Weinbereitung und den Fokus auf autochthone Rebsorten und Terroirs.
