Der Château La Conseillante 2021 ist ein herausragender Pomerol, der die Eleganz und Finesse dieses renommierten Weinguts verkörpert. Im Glas präsentiert er sich in tiefem Rubinrot mit violetten Reflexen. Das Bouquet entfaltet verführerische Aromen von schwarzen Johannisbeeren, Brombeeren und Veilchen, untermalt von feinen Noten von Lavendel, Minze und Gewürzen. Am Gaumen zeigt sich der Wein mittelkräftig mit seidigen, fein strukturierten Tanninen und einer bemerkenswerten Frische. Die harmonische Balance zwischen saftiger Frucht und subtilen würzigen Nuancen führt zu einem eleganten, langanhaltenden Abgang. Der Jahrgang 2021 zeichnet sich durch eine lebendige Säure und eine gewisse Delikatesse aus, die dem Wein eine besondere Raffinesse verleihen.

Die Cuvée besteht aus 85 % Merlot und 15 % Cabernet Franc, die auf den kies- und tonhaltigen Böden von Pomerol gedeihen. Der Wein reifte 16 Monate in französischen Eichenfässern, davon 70 % neu, 27 % zweitbelegt und 3 % in Amphoren, was ihm Komplexität und Tiefe verleiht. Château La Conseillante, unter der Leitung von Marielle Cazaux, feierte 2021 sein 150-jähriges Bestehen und ist bekannt für Weine von großer Finesse und aromatischer Komplexität.
