structure. Themorainic soils, which are rich in limestone, clay and small pebbles, are typical of Bardolino Chiaretto and the wine-growing zone on the southeastern shore of Lake Garda. These soils, combined with the mild climate and optimal sunlight, create ideal conditions for growing high-quality grapes. The wine is destemmed immediately after harvesting and the grapes are left on the skins for a short maceration period to extract the delicate rosé colour. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and fruitiness
