The Gewürztraminer IGT Mont Més - vintage 2023 - from the renowned Castelfeder winery presents itself with a seductive bouquet of exotic aromas. The color is a vivid straw yellow with golden reflections, which already indicates the intensity of the wine. The first taste reveals a rich aroma of ripe lychees, rose petals, spicy ginger and a hint of nutmeg. This exquisite creation consists of 100% Gewürztraminer grapes, which are known for their characteristic aromas and intense flavor
profiles.
The peculiarity of this wine lies in its ability to highlight the unique characteristics of this grape variety and present it in a balanced, elegant style. The vines are cultivated with great care and the growing system is chosen so that the grapes can develop their best aromas. The aging takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and fruitiness of the wine, while part is aged in oak barrels to give additional
structure and depth.
