The Gewürztraminer DOC from the St. Michael Eppan winery develops a fascinating variety of aromas that seduce the senses. Its beguiling bouquet is reminiscent of exotic spices, ripe peaches and fragrant rose petals, which blend harmoniously together. With its pale gold color and greenish reflections, the wine appears in the glass and gives it an appealing appearance that reflects its freshness and finesse.

The Gewürztraminer grape variety dominates this wine 100%, and its characteristic properties are clearly revealed. This grape variety grows particularly well in the mild climatic conditions and the calcareous soils of the vineyards around St. Michael Eppan.

The special feature of this wine lies in its intense aroma and balanced flavor profile. It spoils the palate with notes of exotic fruits, spices and a pleasant acidity that gives it a lively freshness.
