The Gewürztraminer DOC from clay - vintage 2023 - from the Castelfeder winery is a masterful example of the excellence of this grape variety. Its color shines in a brilliant golden yellow that pleases the eyes as well as makes the palate look forward. The nose is caressed by a beguiling bouquet of rose petals, ripe lychees and exotic spices, which immediately captivates the senses. This aromatic complexity continues on the palate, where the wine offers a wealth of fruit aromas. The prevailing notes are of ripe peaches and lychees, which are accompanied by a touch of exotic spices. The acidity remains pleasantly balanced, which gives the wine a nice balance and makes it a real treat.

The special feature of this wine lies in its ability to combine the unmistakable characteristics of the Gewürztraminer in a harmonious and expressive presentation. It comes from the vineyards of the renowned Castelfeder winery, which is known for its passion for quality wines. This Gewürztraminer is aged with great care in order to preserve and refine its unique aromas. The grapes are gently pressed before the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness and fruitiness. A short aging process rounds off the wine and gives it a

pleasant structure.
