The Extra Brut Trento DOC R from Cantina Rotaliana, made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, is a first-class representative of the “Metodo Classico”, the classic method of sparkling wine production. This sparkling wine impresses with its bright straw yellow color with green reflections that signal freshness and purity. Its scent is characterized by a fascinating mix of mineral notes and floral freshness, complemented by nuances of spring flowers and a subtle hint of mint, giving it a unique aromatic complexity.

On the palate, the wine is fresh and mineral with a fine almond note on the finish, which underlines its elegance and balanced character. Cantina Rotaliana uses the optimal conditions of the Trentino region for cultivation, known for its calcareous soils and the special climate, which is particularly favourable for the Chardonnay grape. The grapes are carefully picked by hand and, after the second fermentation on the lees, the wine ages for at least 18 months, giving it its fine perlage and depth.

This sparkling wine is not only an excellent aperitif, but also goes well with a variety of dishes, particularly fish and seafood. The Extra Brut Trento DOC R represents the harmonious combination of traditional craftsmanship and modern technology that is so characteristic of Cantina Rotaliana.
