The Terlano Pinot Blanc Riserva DOC Abbey 2021 from the MURI-GRIES monastery winery represents an excellent combination of old tradition and modern vinification. This high-quality white wine glows in a bright, deep straw yellow that immediately catches the eye. Aromatically, it offers a complex mix of ripe pears and fine spices, complemented by hints of white pepper, floral notes and the aroma of ripe apples, rounded off with a delicate touch of yoghurt. On the palate, the wine is lively and fresh, with an elegant structure and subtle minerality, leading to a long and refreshing finish.

The Pinot Blanc grape variety is predestined to highlight the specific terroi characteristics of its South Tyrolean homeland. In the Riserva version, the wine benefits from an extended aging period, which increases its complexity and aging potential.
