persistent finish.This prosecco is made from a blend of 85% Glera, Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio (approx. 15%). Glera, which is native to the Veneto region, is known for its fruity and floral aromas and its ability to produce fresh and sparkling wines. Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio add extra structure and complexity to the wine, which contributes to a well-rounded taste experience.
The special feature of this wine lies in its production. Prosecco DOC Extra Dry is produced using the Charmat process, which involves the second fermentation in stainless steel tanks. This method preserves the freshness and fruitiness of the Glera grape and gives the wine its characteristic liveliness and elegance.
