The grapes are grown in southeastern Veneto on soils of clayey clay and carbonates, a so-called “caranto”. These soils are moderately deep and alkaline, which creates ideal conditions for growing Glera
grapes.The special feature of Gino Prosecco lies in its production using the Martinotti method, in which the second fermentation takes place in steel autoclaves. This gives the wine its characteristic freshness and elegance. The Veneto region, with its temperate and humid climate due to its proximity to the sea and the alternation of cool and warm winds, offers perfect conditions for viticulture
