Salmon pink pastel with bright orange reflections
Strawberry, peony, kumquat, white currant, and brioche aromas
Notes of pink grapefruit, tangerines and a lushness of brioche
The Cuvée Belle Epoque Rosé 2013 by Perrier-Jouët is presented in glass with a shimmering, salmon-pink pastel shade and reflections of bright orange. On the nose, aromatic notes of strawberries develop, accompanied by peony and tart nuances of kumquat and white currants. On the palate, it shows a harmonious balance with intense notes of pink grapefruit and tangerines, which blend elegantly with the lushness of brioche.
This unique cuvée is made from Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grape varieties. Pinot Noir brings structure and elegance, while Pinot Meunier adds fruity aromas and Chardonnay provides freshness and finesse. The grapes come from the best vineyards in Champagne and are grown sustainably to optimally bring out the terroir characteristics.
The special feature of this champagne lies in its production using the traditional method, with a careful blend and a maturing period of at least six years on the yeast. The 2013 vintage is characterized by ideal climatic conditions, which result in excellent balance and complexity in the wine.
The artistic connection of the Cuvée Belle Epoque Rosé with art and design, in particular through its iconic, hand-painted bottle, is also interesting for wine lovers. This bottle represents not only the exquisite contents, but also the heritage and elegance of Perrier-Jouët, which has represented the pinnacle of champagne since its founding in 1811
