The Giusto di Notri IGT - 2021 vintage by Tua Rita is a masterful example of Tuscan winemaking. This exceptional wine is deep ruby red with violet reflections, which is already indicative of its intensity and concentration. The bouquet is seductive and complex, with aromas of ripe dark fruits such as blackcurrants and plums, accompanied by subtle notes of spices, tobacco and a touch of vanilla. The palate is impressively rich and elegant, supported by silky tannins and a remarkable structure. The taste notes of dark berries are perfectly balanced by a harmonious acidity and a long, persistent finish.
This wine consists of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc and 10% Merlot, giving it a unique complexity and depth. Cabernet varieties bring strength and structure, while Merlot is known for its finesse and elegance. The special feature of this wine lies in its masterful assemblage and the careful handwork carried out at every step of the production process. The terroir in Suvereto, Tuscany, offers ideal conditions for growing these noble grape varieties, with calcareous soils and a warm Mediterranean climate.
With an impressive 96 points from Falstaff and James Suckling, the Giusto di Notri IGT - 2021 by Tua Rita is clearly a leader among Tuscan wines. Its outstanding quality and unmistakable character make it a “Super-Tuscan Wine”.

This is a blend of mostly Cabernet Sauvignon with smaller parts Cabernet Franc and Merlot. The Tua Rita 2022 Giusto di Notri reveals an especially creamy and rounded texture that adds to a lovely and long-lasting mouthfeel. There is nothing heavy about the wine, and indeed, this vintage actually feels more streamlined and even a tad shorter compared to other hot-vintage releases of the past. The wine's appearance is inky dark, and the bouquet shows layers of dark fruit, blackberry, spice and sweet earth.
