The Sauvignon DOC 2021 from Wassererhof is a brilliant representative of its kind, with a bright light yellow color that is reminiscent of sun-drenched vineyards. His bouquet unfolds a symphonic complexity of exotic fruits, including pineapple and passion fruit, accompanied by delicate floral notes. On the palate, it has a refreshing acidity and a distinctive minerality that reflects the terroir of South Tyrol and results in
a long-lasting, crisp finish.
Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, this wine reflects the characteristics of this noble grape variety, known for its crisp acidity and the potential to produce lively, aromatically intense wines. Sauvignon Blanc grows particularly well in the cool climate of South Tyrol, where the unique combination of alpine and Mediterranean climate influences promotes the development of aromatic diversity and lively acid structure. This wine is an excellent example of the quality and expression that the terroir brings to wine, making it an ideal companion for a wide range of culinary delights.
