Cuvée Weiss IGT Gloria Dei
The white wine Gloria Dei is a cuvée made from Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon blanc and Riesling. These 3 grape varieties have been used in South Tyrol for cultivated for more than 100 years. In suitable positions, they produce in particular fruity, slightly aromatic white wines which, after a few years of maturation, produce Develop your very own mineral note.
For this cuvée, every type is harvested individually and at the ideal time. The grape must is pressed and sedimented. The alcoholic fermentation is then initiated in steel tanks.
