The Pinot Blanc DOC “Vom Stein” 2023 from Castelfeder is a masterpiece of South Tyrolean viticulture. This excellent white wine comes from the stony slopes of the Adige Valley, where the vines thrive on mineral-rich soils. The result is a wine of impressive freshness and elegance. In the glass, the wine has a clear, straw-yellow colour. On the nose, fine aromas of green apples, juicy pears and a hint of citrus fruit develop, accompanied by a subtle mineral note. On the palate, it impresses with its harmonious balance of lively acidity and delicate fruitiness. The mineral character of the terroir gives it particular depth and complexity
