In the heart of the sun-drenched Tuscan vineyards, at the renowned Le Mortelle winery, the impressive Ampio IGT is created. This wine is deep ruby red with seductive purple reflections, which already indicate its intense bouquet. The nose is filled with an abundance of dark fruits such as blackberries and cherries, accompanied by spicy notes such as black pepper and cloves. Fine nuances of vanilla and cedarwood round off the aromatic profile.

On the palate, the ampio has an impressive fullness and strength. The structure is characterized by ripe tannins, which provide a solid basis for the fruit aromas. Here, the impressions of dark fruits continue and are enriched by hints of dark chocolate and roasted coffee. The finish is long-lasting, characterized by spicy notes that offer an elegant finish.

This wine consists mainly of Sangiovese and Merlot grapes. While Sangiovese gives wine freshness and acidity, Merlot provides fullness and suppleness. The special feature of this wine lies in its balanced structure, which combines ripe fruit aromas with spicy and woody notes. It is characterized by elegance and complexity. The Le Mortelle winery is known for its high-quality wines and its long-standing winemaking tradition.
