The Grüner Veltliner DOC Rigger - vintage 2022 - is a true taste experience from the heart of South Tyrol. His incomparable personality is revealed from the very first scent: A harmonious mix of white peaches and exotic fruits dances seductively in the nose. A touch of green apples and subtle pepper rounds off the bouquet perfectly, while on the tongue it impresses with its soft texture and lasting freshness. The finish is delicate, with a subtle bitter note that gives the palate an unforgettable finale.

This creation is made from the Grüner Veltliner grape variety, which thrives in the protected cauldron location of the Rigger Valley. Here, on sandy soil, it develops its full splendor and delivers expressive, full-bodied wines of unmistakable quality. Careful vinification, including spontaneous fermentation and a 10-month aging on fine yeast in tonneau, results in a wine of outstanding complexity and finesse.
