The Adamantis IGT 2020 cuvée from the Eisacktal winery is a remarkable top wine that is vinified with great care from the best locations. This cuvée harmoniously combines the typical grape varieties of the Eisack Valley: Sylvaner, Grüner Veltliner, Pinot Grigio and Kerner. In a strictly limited edition of just 2,000 bottles, this wine is an expression of our unique terroir, shaped by the tireless passion of our
winegrowers in the majestic Dolomites.
The Adamantis cuvée has a beguiling scent dominated by a variety of fresh aromas. Notes of ripe citrus fruits, green apples, exotic fruits and a subtle mineral nuance pamper the senses. The color of this wine is a bright golden yellow with greenish reflections, which already promises an exceptional taste experience. The taste of the Adamantis cuvée is full-bodied and expressive. Remarkable complexity and richness characterize the palate, accompanied by refreshing acidity and an impressive length in the finish.
This cuvée pays homage to the diversity and uniqueness of the Eisack Valley, captured in a bottle of unparalleled quality and refinement. The special feature of this wine lies not only in its exquisite quality and the careful selection of grapes, but also in its limited availability, which makes it a coveted treasure for lovers of fine wines.
