The Sylvaner DOC Gols 2022 from Griesserhof features an inviting, clear straw yellow that is interspersed with greenish reflections. Its smell is characterized by a variety of aromas, including ripe apples, delicate citrus notes and a subtle mineral nuance. On the palate, it reveals a refreshing acidity that harmonizes perfectly with the fruitiness. In terms of taste, the wine impresses with a fine mix of green apples, juicy pears and a hint of white peach, accompanied by a subtle herbal note. The finish is pleasantly long and leaves a light, mineral note.

The Sylvaner grape variety, also known as Grüner Silvaner, is one of the most traditional grape varieties in South Tyrol and shows itself here in its full splendor. The Griesserhof, located in the Gols wine-growing region, is characterized by a long winemaking tradition. The warm climate and sandy soils of the region provide optimal conditions for growing Sylvaner. The sun-drenched hillsides and the Mediterranean climate give this wine its unique characteristics and make it a true pleasure experience.
