These grapes come from 14 certified organic vineyards, which ensure a wide range of aromas and remarkable integrity due to their diversity and the age of the vines
.Careful handwork and the high quality of winemaking are typical of the Franciacorta region and this wine. The mild, continental climate and well-aerated soils of the region offer ideal conditions for growing high-quality grapes. After hand harvesting, the grapes are washed and dried individually before being fermented in small oak barrels and stainless steel
tanks.
